I think there should be a cultural movement issue concerning nudism as follows:

"President/Leader your citizens are all running around naked - when the weather is nice. What in the world are we to do?"

1) Take the stance that nudity is totally forbidden and anybody attempting it shall be fined/jailed/publically flogged.

2) It's not so bad.... but maybe it should be designated to certain locations. Like a beach.

3) Nudity is natural. Everyone should at least try it. I think our citizens should be allowed to be nude whenever they want.

4) From this day forth all cititzens in "Name of Nation" shall be forced to be nude at all times! Anybody caught with clothing on shall be fined/jailed/publically flogged.
