i have posted an issue, how do i know that it will get used on NationStates? i haven't seen it in one of my own issues, nor have i had a message telling me that it will be used!!!

Wow, I can totally see the massive difference when you capitalize (or replace with zeros, whatever) the o's in "noob." Man, when I saw that guy write out "noob" the wrong way, it just completely made me think the world was going to end. I wonder why it didn't?
