One issue I read was concerning gun control. I think it was "Gunman kills 3". The public then went uproarous about gun control and my options were:

Ban public use of guns
Ban guns altogether
Ban videogames (O.o)

And I could not do anything with this issue because I did not want any of the options. Therefore, I would like to have two new options added:

Increase police spending
Require thorough training for use of a gun

Comments? Addends? Complaints? Flames?

Once an issue has been written I don't think you add options for that issue, if only that were possible it would be great. You basically, or someone else has to write another issue, have a mod approve it and put in into circulation, and the mods are so far behind on reading issues who knows where they are.

If you have any doubts or don't like your options, it may be best to just dismiss the issue altogether. The other day I had the "bussing" issue and I chose what I thought was a compromise. It turned out to be the complete opposite of what I had intended. Beware of the #3 options, many times they look to be some sort of middle ground between options #1 and #2 but usually are not...
