Are My Submissions Properly Submitted?
Hello. I assume there's something written somewhere obvious telling me exactly how to get my finished issue idea to a mod for submission. However, I've overlooked where it is. In the meantime I've been posting issue submissions in this forum (Got Issues?) hoping they'd be looked at by mods, or at least shaped up by helpful suggestions from my fellow players.
I realize looking at new issues is not a quick process, but for my peace of mind I'd like to know that I'm doing things correctly.
