Hi there, this is my first issue, so expect it to be bad, lol.

Scientists from around @@NAME@@ are discussing a government funded program for making a superior race.

Validity: Nations that have legalised Genetic engineering and/or cloning.

Options:

[option] @@RANDOMNAME@@, a scientist from @@NAME@@ City has suggested the creation of a superior race. "We should breed aryans as they are superior to the other races in @@NAME@@, and I'm not saying this just because I'm an aryan..."
[effect] A superior race creation program is given the go ahead and many non-aryans are racially abused.
[stats]happiness down a little, civil freedoms down a little, religion down, taxes up a bit.

[option] "Are you crazy!?!?!?!?! That is sick!!!" Exclaims @@RANDOMNAME@@, of The @@NAME@@ Ethics Commitee, "You can't do that!!! It's....it's.... Neo-Nazi!! That's What it is!!"
[effect]Superior race not created.
[stats]happiness up a bit, civil freedoms up a bit, political freedoms down a tad, taxes down a small amount.

Well, I think it's a valid idea.

Feedback:

1) Perhaps a recent scientific breakthrough is what is making the Ubermensch possible, thereby instigating the scientists to try it.
2) Aryans and non-Aryans works, but personally I like Lilputians and Bigtopians. It's kinda cute, you know?
3) One option is completely malicious to the nation, and the other is completely beneficial. Perhaps if there was something to lose AND gain in both options...
4) Maybe a third option could be a private enterprise seeking to capitalize on the new scientific breakthrough, offering genetic improvements for wealthy couples.

Alrighty, I will fix it up a bit, but im tired.... Meh, ill do it tomorrow.
