What is the highest level of Political Freedoms? I ask because my nation recently went to 'World Benchmark'

I'm pretty sure thats the highest, you liberalist twit.
There are some like "Highly Abused" and "Excessive", I think. Or that may well be the Civil Rights scale.

There are three above world benchmark
Excessive, Widely Abused, then Corrupted is the highest (for some weird reason)

Corrupted is the highest for political freedoms. After world benchmark there is excesssive, widely abused and then corrupt at the top. (oops, I guess someone else answered this already)
Frightening is the highest for the other two categories.
