Subliminal Messages...?

The Resi Corporation

I got an issue like this today:
The Issue
Far-right-wing Nazi supporters plan to stage a rally in the city center tomorrow, giving voice to their violent, racist views.

The Debate
"Frankly, I'm appalled that the government can even consider allowing this travesty to go ahead," says prominent Jewish banker Buy Barry. "We can't let these animals broadcast their message of hate. Surely The Resi Corporation is too civilized for that."
[Accept]

"It's exactly because we're civilized that we must let the demonstration proceed," says free speech campaigner Sue-Ann Washington. "We may not like what they have to say, but in this society, people have the right to argue whatever political view they want, no matter how hateful, selfish, or stupid it is."
[Accept]Maybe Max Barry opted out for some subliminal advertising on his site, ne? :P

HAHA! You know, I've gotten that issue a few times and never really saw that. I thought more that the first name, Buy, was referring to the character in Jennifer Government, Buy Mitsui and then just stuck his last name on there. I notice he also uses the name Violet a lot in the issues.

Nice catch, though. That definately sounds like something MB would do if you've read his books.

Yeah, the issues do tend the reflect things related to Max, specifically Jennifer Government.

The names are random. :lol:Eh, I know they are. I've submitted issues before, and I know the coding for random names and all that. However, I just thought it was kinda funny how this name turned up. :)

Hey, it's Mr. Stinx.

Yes, my first name is Mikros and my middle name is Oft.

There's some subliminal messaging.

Facists are right-wing, just like communists are left-wing. :?I wouldn't, but some people would debate it. I think whilst the general principles are far right wing, a Nazi economy would be fairly controlled, ie left wing.
