Double issue submission

I opened the "Submit New Issue" box, and began to type my issue. My kid brother came along, and asked me to get off for a few minutes so he could check his own Nations. When I got back on, I finished and submitted my issue, but it got submitted under my brother's nation's name! So, I resubmitted it under my own name. I hope that was ok.

The issue you've submitted won't be seen for months, unless there's a dramatic increase in issue coding.
Well, there's no actual way to prove what you're saying so I'm afraid it's hard cheese if it gets selected.

In a few months, you'll probaly wish HELPM had written the issue.
Right now we're working on the uh... 'July 18 - Early November' batch... 95% of which is rubbish. Really outstanding issues get snapped up instantly.
