I'd be interested in creating new issues, but I don't know what we
already have. Also, is there a provision for modifying existing issues?
Today, for instance, I was offered a chance to modify our television
programming to allow greater participation of ethnic minorities. I
wasn't given an option to ban television, which I think would be a fine
addition. to the available options. Is there any provision for modifying
existing issues?
