I'm thinking of writing one, but clearly I don't want to if there already is one. So... are there?

i have been here for 3 months but i have not come across a issue about strikes.
The strike issue probably doesn't apply to you. A lot of issues are formattedn that way. For example, there is an issue asking for "A little less dictatorship", and it l never got it, because it obviously doesn't apply to The Disputed Territories.
