Just a question: how long should you expect to wait before your issue is approved (or ignored)? I've heard on the News page that the mods are snowed under, but it doesn't say quite how long the dely is. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Because I sent in an issue...[insert long story here]
and I want to know if it was just to bad.
You'd be looking at a number of months, I'd say.

Well, at this time, I'm about the only mod trying regularly to work on an issue backlog that hurts the brain to think about. The present batch Max has allowed us at is some 2,900 submissions long, and that's only through November 2003..
The delay is really rather random- rather than try to work chronologically through the list, I've taken to randomly going to a point in the list and looking around until I find something that's promising. So the delay can be anywhere from a month to several months.
