Early on I had an issue where I chose to make organ donation compulsary, however I just got an issue where I had the option to give payment to encourage people to donate. However I chose not to do that; whats the point when they have no choice anyway.
But now it claims that I have shortages of organs.
Crazy
This description always results from the choice not to charge for organs: "And organ donation rates have hit a new low." It has nothing to do with whether organ donation is compulsary.
Besides if more people need organs, than the number of dead, you can still have an organ shortage.

There is similar problem with the nudity issue. Being a bit extreme with civil rights, The Council of the United Persons made nudity legal everywhere. Today, the council was approached by citizens angry because of a streaking sixty year old man on television. :roll:
