Hows the Weather?
How does weather change :?: Is weather some weird phenomenon connected with the issues :?: If so, there must be specific issues that change weather :?: What kind of issues usually have such consequences :?:

My guess would be that pro-environmental choices improve the weather rating. Certainly, this seems to be reflected by the choices I have made. Possibly also things such as banning cars (which I haven't done, but it would make sense). A long shot could be that having small "polluting" private sectors (Uranium Mining, Automobile Manufacturing), may also contribute.

You really have to crack down on pollution, though, My puppet Deat (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/02948/page=display_nation/nation=deat) is pretty pro-environment, and still didn't do too well on the weather...

I take all the pro-environment and anti-business options, and last time i was ranked 5th for weather. Just hate money my friends, and go back to your roots.
