Does anyone feel like their options for dealing with a high divorce rate were very limited? there were Make Divorce Illegal, Legally enforce a requirement for spouses to call each other "Darling" once a day, and allow same sex Marriages...


There needs to be an option where Divorce is Legal but considered a Luxuy and thus ~highly~ taxed...so only teh rich can afford to have divorces...
is there a way to get that option added to the list of options for that issue?

I've always thought that, but no, you can't just make another issue that will have more options 8)

Yup, if you hate all the choices, just dismiss the issue. Strangely enough, the divorce rate doesn't seem to be such a big deal after all when you do that... 8)
