You can't do anything.
It takes a say for two messages! I want split second decicive gameplay. In the real world if my citezens were this slow I would have them shot. And why can you not have fun in the forum? :(

nope.. I think 'say' is a typo for 'day'.. I think he wants more issues per day and updated instantly.
There are only about 80 issues total from what I heard. If you had more than 2 issue's a day you'd get repeats very quick. It's not about the citizens its about buerocracy.
If you want more gameplay, play in the RP forums and international politics =)

Define 'fun'. Someones fun could be flamewars and spamming, while anothers can be RPing.
