As more and more issues get made, the ones that let you lower taxes appear less and less often. I don't want a 42% tax rate, but I can't lower it until I get the right issue!

I have mine right where i want it, at 2%, but u just have to wait for those issues to come up, mine used to be really high like at 40% but i got it lowered like i wanted

plenty of issues lower taxes, they just don't appear as such and may not be obvious to you, that's all. :P
and taxes do get raised more often than they are lowered, that is quite natural too. :lol:
