Is freedom of assembly a political right or a civil right? I'm asking because of the Nazi Rally issue. I'm looking to increase my civil rights, but I don't particularly want Nazi rallys either.

I think the game may consider it as both because when I picked the Nazi rally option my civil rights and political freedom both went up one rating.
