What effects do they have on your country when you dismiss them? Or do they have no effects?
Dismissing is just like countries now ignoring a particular topic. Dismissing has no effect on your nation whatsoever. But, it is fun to accept something for most issues, because it makes the game more exciting.

Ok, thanks, it's just there was an issue about gambling and i didn't like either choice
Yeah, a few that you have no feelings about whatsoever, dismiss them. Otherwise, have fun with it.
