Public Floggings - Legal?
I wish to address the issue of public floggings. I use them in my nation and they seem to work well. Everything is under control. I believe that children should be spanked, dogs kicked, and adults publically humiliated, But only when they are deserving. Comments? :twisted: :twisted: :wink:

Thats a good start but as an equitable basis for a legal system torture should play a more prominent part.
May I suggest watching Little house on the prarie until a full confession is produced
