The (Non)-Official Issue Effects thread
A lot of people tend to ask questions about the effects of issues, making new threads as they go along. If anyone needed to find a reference, to say, any particular issue, they may have to browse through the forum just to find the question.
So I made this thread for anyone who has an issue question. Instead of creating a new thread each time, they should post the question here, and anyone who can answer them can post here too. I probably won't be able to answer any. But that's okay...I'm just making the thread.
