NationStates Jolt Archive

I've already had about 7 of the last 10 issues I've gotten. Of those 7, I'd decided (not dismissed) about 5. I don't think it's that I've already gone through *all* the issues, because I see references to issues I haven't had yet on the issues thread. What do I do?

You can't do anything, that's just part of the game...what I would do is use the ones you can to boost your rankings :)
