It was called "What came first, the Incubator-Vat or the Egg?" the theme was if the government should ban pregnancy and just grow children and raise them in State Centers to be loyal citizens, go even further and pick and condition them to a career of the government's choice, ban all forms of Artifical Birth, or allow people to pick how they wish to have a child. I know this isn't very discriptive but I forgot to save the issue after I sent it in, hopefully it won't take five months for it to be put on the site.

Urrrrrrrrrrrr...Original but i like it but make sure there is an option not allowing this by an angry mother or something and good genetic one make sure you put in validity "not valid for countries that don't clone people and banned the science of cloning"
