I wouldn't use real life groups as potential genocide victims because you could either distress genocide survivors or offend others.
Never use groups that are already victims of genocide. For example, tens of thousands of homosexuals were murdered during the Nazi Holocaust and many people hate them today. A few people hate them enough to commit violence.
If you insist on submitting a genocide issue, use fictional groups, say Bigtopians. Don't allude to real life genocides. And put yourself into a genocide surivivor's shoes and think what her reaction would be if she sees your issue.

Yeah i suppose didn't think about that yeah change it a bit it won't work get rid of that option and make it less extreme like you exile them or something
