U.N. rankings are up, and I'm way way low, again.
I have social welfare up the wazoo, but I guess it's not related. I must be choosing the wrong options on certain issues (guessing maybe #24, #25, #26, #27, #28, #34). What options would improve my health status?
I've never received #48, #68, or #72. Are there any other issues I'm overlooking?
...Unless it's because my nation is "massive"? The ranking does say "given their population".
