I was a LLCS, and I allow the nazis free speeh and I become an ICD. :shock:
I could understand the lowering of CR if I was allowing them to commit hate crimes, but how does letting them spew venom lower CR? :?

If you allow them to spew hate and stomp on other peoples beliefs then the people are discouarged. :?: I found it raised my civil rights, so that's weird. :?

I was llcs when I logged on.
I allowed them the free speech, and now I am ICD.

The tenet of free speech is held dear, the government is avowedly atheist, space research funding has hit a recent high while several military bases are being closed down, and euthanasia is illegal. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Qaaolchoura's national animal is the gwajhzand conure-hawk, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the drachauq.
Perhaps the religious advisor or the euthanasia issues did it?
Thanks to the UN, I'm now an LLCS again :P. Now I just have to get back to SLP....

That's weird...everytime I've done it my civil rights go up. :?
Everytime I allowed them to have free speach it raised my civil rights, but when I denied it noticed it went down.

I won't reveal the inner secrets of just how issues mess with nations, but suffice to say that depending on the variables, an issue may have a very great impact or a very minor impact on a nation :wink:

As far as I recall "ban barbaric punishments" was civil rights as opposed to moral decency.
