Title: Should Doctors Be More Closely Monitored?
Description: Some of @@NAME@@'s citizens have become concerned that doctors are being a little too loose with their prescription pad.
Validity: I can't think of any times it wouldn't be valid, but I haven't seen many issues yet. Please do tell me if theres any you can think of?
