Here is an issue idea:

Name: "Space Empire?"

Description: With the hit of a new sci-fi movie, people think that maybe it is time for @@NAME@@ to have a space empire.

Validity: Only for nations with space programs

Options:

"We would take resources from other planets and moons and maybe even have Space Soliders! Of course, billions of @@currency@@ would go down the drain. That's the price to pay for science!"

It might increase the natural resources, but I think the increase in the economy is a typo.

Your issue is still a bit - how can I say it - strange.

I object to the economical decrease for the first issue.. i just don't like it.. and i would think that mining from other planets would be a benefit and all... plus for a collective society..

as for the rest of the options.. i don't quite get the second option... how does it fit in? and it's a hard choice to choose between which one then if it's going to increase my military...
