I hate being creative so Im hoping someone out there will write up this, if it hasn't bee already.
It is a pet peeve of mine here in So California.
I really think that the Police should be able to hit (OK Beat) people who cause freeway chases. I am a beliver that if they are allowed a few punches (police) that people would think twice about running from the cops.
See I hate being creative but I do get some Ideas every once in awhile.
