How do you legalize capitalism?

What issues or options make it so? My libertarian offshoot has had no income tax for awhile, yet private enterprise is still illegal! Help!

I'm not even sure how you illegalize it...let alone re-legalize it. Last I heard there was no re-leegalizing issue. Does anyone know if that's changed since then?

Well you can re-legalize cars. I did it (sort of, I chose the electric car option, but it gives me all the car issues now).

As for private enterprise, seeeing as I've banned it three times n Qaaolchoura alone. . .

If there is no captalism issue, then why not introduce one?

I got the "Re-legalize cars" issue and chose electric cars, but then the next day I got the "Ban Cars" issue. Environment is to high on my list of priorities to let these new clean cars go on polluting my environment :P.

I still think there isn't an issue to get rid of the "private enterprise is illegal" line in the second paragraph, though.

I don't think there is, either.

I've been favoring private business (to say the least...) for a long, long time and apparently, private business is STILL illegal.

Not that the dozens of megacorporations in my country know that.

Methinks there needs to be a way to get rid of that descriptor, since its something like 10 months out of date by now.

I think it's actually easier to do in high-economy states then low-economy states ... my (former) Iron Fist Consumerist nation has that descriptor, but my current LL College/Scandenavian doesn't have it.

Have you got the issue "Economic Collapse Looms"? You can outlaw or legalise capitalism there.

Bit of a biased issue, mind.

Why would you want to bring it back?
