Ok, I know the different levels for economy, civil rights, and political freedoms, but what are the possible levels for crime? I have seen crippling, pervassive, and non-existant. Please spoil it for me. :D
Hopefully this is the right forum for this question (wasn't sure if it should go here or in technical).
It seems to go in the following order from none to a lot...
Totally Unknown
Well Under Control
Relatively Low
Moderate
A Problem
A Serious Problem
A Major Problem
Pervasive
Crippling
There are also a few modifiers: Crime -- especially youth related --; low crime "thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare;" low crime" thanks to a well-funded police force;" low crime "thanks to the all-pervasive police force;" and high crime due to "the police force struggle[ing] against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate."
Did I miss any?
And it seems like this should go in Technical.
I believe progressive social policies can be separate from a well funded police force. It is certainly possible to have crime totally unknown and never give the police any funding.
