This question probably doesn't belong here, but if there's only 70 issues, and one is signed up to receive 2 a day, in a month or so that'll be all of them. What happens after that?
You won't get every issue. Some issues only show up if you made certain choices creating your nation, or won't show up if you voted a certain way on another issue. More are being added fairly regularly, too.
Issues are random. You might get the same issue twice in a row, but you'll probably get it more than once.

First off, you'll begin seeing repeats before you see them all. Some of them you will never see as you will not beeleigible for them.
There are new issues coming in, and you can also submit your own by going to the "Issues" link in the navigation frame.
You click "want to submit an issue? Do it here." "here" is the link that you click.
You then look for a link in that page, that has the guidelines.
