Feedback on vetos?

I don't really know which forum to put this in, but I'll just post it. Would submitting a UN resolution asking that issues that were denied be changing gaming mechanics or just a new requirement for whoever gives the decision on issues? If this has already be decided, just stamp this post n00b and move on.
Hold on a sec, I can't quite get what you're asking here.
If you're proposing in the UN that nations submitting issues be informed if said issues are deleted as well as if they are accepted, then yes that's a game mechanics issue.
If you're proposing something else, then I won't pre-emptively pass judgement.
Before anyone points out the fact that nations whose issues get vetoed should know that they have been, I'm not unsympathetic to that argument. I can only assume that the logic runs that if you work your heart out on on an issue and get a telegram saying "Enodia has rejected your issue", then you'd potentially (I use "you" in the sense of "the people of the world", not "you individually") bombard me with telegrams arguing for the inclusion of the issue.
Then DEAT the people that do :). That's rude, anyway.
That's not the point. The way it stands now is that if you submit an issue and I delete it, nobody is any the wiser.

That's pretty much what I was going for. I didn't want to have the specific moderator mentioned at all, but a general veto response.
