I still agree with Zincite.
The issue where one of the effects is "citizens decide where their income tax dollars go" was changed to "citizens decided where their income tax @@CURRENCY@@ go," so logic denotes that it should apply to this as well.
It's because of the ... what do you call it? ... when the words start with the same sounds. Aliteration?
Anyway, that and the dialing spoof (which is also aliterated(?))
