Drink driving issue AND cars banned?
I got the drunk driving issue for the third time yesterday, and just after I'd made the choice to rehabilitate (again) I realised something--cars have been banned in my nation since almost the beginning! So why are there drunk drivers?
Could it be talking about drunk train drivers, perhaps?
What if you have hovercars?

Well i don't remember if the driver is specified, so that could very well be drunk train drivers or horse carriage drivers. Or maby it's bikes :D
Yep. Automobiles of all kinds are banned in Hawking. There shouldn't be drunk drivers at all, really.
