I have resolved this confusion for you by deleting your nation.
Normally, when two nations accidentally have confusingly similar names, mods suggest (not rule) that the player of the newer one simply let it die and make a new, unconfusing one.
However, it was somewhat surprising that a nation founded as recently as yours was should be aware, not only of the existence, but also of the reputation, of an older nation with a strikingly similar name.
After checking, there was sufficient reason for deletion. The other nation involved in your venture appears to have been an accessory after the fact, and has not been penalised.
