That's what I thought,and that's why I closed it. I could have let it maunder on in the hope that it would eventually return to the topic, but since the topic wasn't all that clearly stated, it seemed like a pretty forlorn hope.
If you can articulate the point you want discussed more clearly, I'm fine with your starting another -- provided it doesn't just cover the same ground NSG has covered in the past week.
