I didn´t ask for his opinion. He´s just being plain rude.
You're posting on a forum and you don't expect people to give there opinions? You may want to rethink that...

Not a flame. Not even close.
If you're doing things that are perceived to be outside of NS etiquette, people will pull you up on it. And Hryvatia has done it in a quite eloquent manner.

True, it's not a flame, or even rude. There is no evidence of malicious intent, and I think Hryvatia is clearly trying to be helpful. He has kept his advice impersonal, he has not abused Anghele and he is doing his very best to help Anghele RP well in what Hryvatia regards as the proper manner.
However, Anghele is not doing anything outside of NS etiquette. NS has RP forums, one of which is called International Incidents. Anghele is RPing an incident which has international relevance.
What he is not doing is RPing it on the basis of the strict guidelines that some players follow. If he does not wish to RP with those players, he doesn't have to. If they don't wish to RP with him, they don't have to.
What they do have to do is keep out of each other's RPs, because constant "Ur not doin it rite!" carping will result in the carper, not the "rong" RPer, being penalised.
(That is a general comment brought on by seeing repeated dogpiles of players attempting to enforce their RP rules. It is not directed at Hryvatia, whom I expect, now that he has been told his advice is not required (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14689174&postcount=33) in this case, to leave the thread.)

S'alright I gave up posting there a while ago :D
Apologies anyway, but if he'd made this clear in his actual thread I would've stopped there and then. I don't really check the mod forum.
