Just wanted to say thanks for letting the USian thread live as long as it did before nuking it. I personally wasn't as interested in it as the last one we did, but it brought back some good memories and was full of lulz. Considering it was supposedly verboten to do such a thread, I have to say that I'm impressed it was judged on its actual content rather than on the topic itself. So, yeah. Danke and all that!

As the original poster's uncomplaint has been resolved, I shall obediently nuke this thread, though pat-the-mods was turning out to be quite a nice experience.
In future I will avoid LOTR references as determinedly as the Company of the Ring tried to avoid the Mines of Moria. If I turn from this path it will be only in the face of overwhelming odds, such as those they faced on Minas Tirith. :tongue:
