If, hypothetically speaking, someone inserted profanity into their national motto? For example, if someone wanted to use "Bitch, you ain't my mama!" as their national motto, would that be a violation (note that "bitch" is not a reference to any specific person or group of people).

Whereas, "bitch" would generally not be prohibited on the forums (except as a flame), the custom fields are much more stringently moderated.
