Hmm, does the post above constitute a bannable offense - especially considering he's already been warned? What I'd really prefer is complete deletion, but I'll settle for a ban.

No need for an additional response after a moderator had already given a ruling to the post in question (as well as the post in this thread). I understand your point, but hopefully this warning will give them a wake-up call as to how they should be acting on these forums.
