If I had an issue, I would have called H2 on their comment.
The rules are subject to mod discretion. In this case, I fine it acceptable.
As for "using the mod as a weapon", I don't see it at this time and will let it slip. He's trying to understand the rules. I don't blame him for reporting...

I imagine that creating a new account to "legitimize" a complaint is as ineffective as if I said "Kryo, your previous avatar was better! I insist that you switch back to it!"...
