His systemic response seems to be to call what I say "horse shit".

It adds nothing, outside of profanity, to the discussion.

Might someone remind him about adding something to the conversation?

Really? I'm sorry, but really?! Sorry, but I don't see the problem. Doesn't look inflammatory.

By not adding anything further to the discussion, other than repeating the word horseshit to something he doesn't like, which is something he's done more than a few times in the past, he seems to be trying to evoke over the top responses.

And given how I initially wanted to respond to him, but didn't also is indicative of the baitiness that I registered, and I reported it on that basis.

Even though you don't feel it's actionable, do you see why I brought it up?

I do understand your wanting a ruling. Of course, we can't always guarantee that we will see it your way.

So, hypothetically, if one were to start quoting your posts with the word 'horseshit', it would be unactionable?

Context.

"your argument's horseshit... [shows why]" probably not actionable.

It is as JuNii has demonstrated, context based. I took the two posts cited and assumed that the BS was based on the nature of the argument itself.
