I've asked Serbian_Soviet_Union to stop posting in my thread entitled Illegal Arms Auction, and he has posted again. He is not adding to the thread, did not sign up in the signup thread, and can't tell the difference between IC and OOC posts (part of the reason I asked him not to post). Can you remove his posts, please?
