I wasn't going to ask, because I saw Mods in the thread and assumed they'd change it, but since it's still there--can you please change the "Court Upholds Prop 8" title? It's a lie intended to cause flaming.

While the title is misleading. alot of posters have already pointed out (as well as the OP) that they are LEANING that way and that a decision has not been handed out. inother words, the same 'scare' headlines you find most newspapers use.
I don't think his intent was to be flaiming, but to have an attention getting title.

I had been thinking about changing the title, but it took a while to get a good one, but I have now changed it to: California Supreme Court Reviews Prop 8
