The merits of my complaint aside, IMHO the thread is getting a bit heated and could use a Mod cool-down.

For future reference, and general education, "cerebral" would be the word to use to refer to the brain. As in "cerebrum". Meaning simply "brain". I could even use "telencephalic", but the latter screams "limited to a guild".
