Can a mod explain me why you can't make a mild joke about some fat Americans and their religion but that you can do the next things:

Although it certainly played on a double reference to the KKK, there was no mens rea in terms of being offensive on the part of my client, an esteemed member of these boards with nary a blot on his record.

So ruled. Case dismissed. Your client leaves this court without a stain on his character (though with a spot of spam on his tie).
As for the rest, Hairless Kitten, the examples you give appear to me to be posts or threads stating topics which are legitimate subjects for debate on this forum. You may not agree with them, but they do not display the malice and inability to accept opposition that is characteristic of trolls and flamers.
This (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14528201&postcount=860) is the post in which Katganistan quotes the remarks that earned you the recent three-day ban. Don't try to pretend that it was given for "a mild joke", and don't try to distract attention from your fault by accusing others. It doesn't work. If you break the rules, you pay the price.

Spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam and spam with a side of spam?
