I took it back to the shop and the poster's money back.
Now he can start a new one that's in the right forum and actually does something, such as pose a coherent question, start a debate or introduce a roleplay.

I firmly believe that when the Moon is in the seventh house, and Jupiter aligns with Mars, then peace will guide the planet and lo-ove will rule the stars.
So belief in a poster who reads, understands and applies TOSRS isn't much more of a stretch.
