Delete thread requested

I realise I'm not the originator of the thread, but the thread title says (deleted) and the post was changed to say that it had been deleted. I posted in the thread to suggest to the player that he come here to request his thread be deleted.

Here's the thread: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=580800

If you still want the player to make the request, I'll certainly understand.

I think there should be a restriction for threads that purposely want to be deleted. Not wanting to make it a rule, I'm just suggesting, Fris.

If anyone was bored enough to make threads just so they could be deleted, it'd be spam, and we've already got a rule against that.

What usually happens is that someone posts a thread in the name of the wrong puppet nation, or thinks of another way to say what they wanted to say, or realises that what they've posted breaks rules -- there's any number of possible reasons.

They delete the content of the post, but can't get rid of the thread itself, or of any posts that have replied. So the mods get asked to do it.
