Valentasia, if you genuinely think, and have proof, that you are being cyber-stalked, contact your ISP/report the stalker to their ISP/seek help from civil authorities.
If you are having problems on NationStates forums with a specific poster and wish to have the mods look at the situation in detail, submit a Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/69187/page=help) request with supporting links and do not delete any telegrams.
If you are having problems with a poster on another forum, follow that forum's getting help procedures.
Remember, however, that encountering an NS poster on another forum means little. There is a great deal of crossover on forums used by people of similar interests.
For example, an NSer interested in your interventionist evolution theory, and impatient because, despite every encouragement, you have not so far posted evidence of or explanation for it here, might well have sought information elsewhere.
You could remedy that by posting it in the thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=14349756#post14349756)on the subject.
If, however, you are "leaving quietly", do not expect further encouragement to discuss the matter when or if you return. Trolling is actionable on this forum.

Just a thought: everyone could fire their IGNORE cannons. Without an audience, and with no responses to posts, those with a flare for the dramatic wouldn't have a reason to stay around.

I was going to rebuke you for being frivolous in a moderation thread, until I discovered that "Petulant Snit" actually is listed in international maritime registries, under "Ardchoille Admiralty Holdings".
Awful long way to go for a joke, Ard. That couldn't have been cheap.
