Appropriate Title?

I know I saw someone's thread get a title change for having inappropriate language in the title, and I'm curious to know how it's judged.
(Nothing against the OP, just wondering about the title.)

Yah, I got the point, but when I saw the thread it needed more. Titles generally shouldn't shock a Southern Baptist maiden aunt (apologies to any unshockable versions thereof who happen to be reading this).
